We have tailored our product and service offering according to the needs of our clients:

  • Premier: served by Mediobanca Premier, launched in 2024 to reposition CheBanca! vis-à-vis a higher client bracket
  • Private and UHNWI: served by Mediobanca Private Banking in Italy and CMB Monaco in the Principality of Monaco, with an approach unique in Italy based on the Private & Investment Banking model, which has developed out of synergies with the Corporate & Investment Banking Division, and is able to serve entrepreneurs both in managing their companies and their own personal wealth.

We are also strengthening our product factories, which will enable us to offer a range of coherent and distinctive products.

Compass, our consumer credit arm, has been helping Italian families to realize their dreams since its inception. We have been pioneering in consumer credit in Italy for more than 70 years now, and today are the third largest operator in this sector in the country.

Insurance

The Insurance division completes our portfolio of activities. Consisting almost entirely of our approx. 13% investment in Assicurazioni Generali, the division makes a positive contribution to the Group’s revenues and profit, improving its diversification, stability and visibility, and is a major source of capital in the event of future growth by acquisitions.

In the course of the past decade we have delivered solid and consistent growth over time, with no compromise in terms of risks: we have a comfortable capital position, and one of the best risk/return profiles in Europe.

Our results for the twelve months ended 30 June 2024, the best ever reported, position us among the best banks in Europe in terms of growth by revenues, profitability, shareholder remuneration and market performance, despite the increasingly challenging scenario.
