We position ourselves as a bank of choice for entrepreneurial families in Italy, on the back of the synergies we have leveraged between our historic Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) division and our Wealth Management activities. Our business model is highly distinctive and unique in Italy.

In recent years we have established credentials as an innovative bank which puts digitalization at the service of its clients, while at the same time incorporating it into our own internal operating processes too. It is no coincidence that we were one of the first banks in Italy to experiment with digital innovation in consumer credit, for example in the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) segment. We have also embarked on what we call a Journey to Cloud, an important process for digitalization and to develop systems.

We have distinguished ourselves over the years for our robust and sustainable growth, which is increasingly focused on balanced and long-term progress.
Our capital solidity relies on our unceasing attention to costs and risk, with asset quality close to the best levels in Europe, and high capital generation. In FY 2023-24 we delivered our best set of results ever, with revenues of above €3.6bn, net profit up 24%, and DPS up 26%.
In the last ten years we have benefited from stable leadership. This, coupled with an indepth knowledge of the business scenario, has favoured a long-term vision and the implementation of wide-ranging strategies.
