Mediobanca has acquired, on behalf of some private investors co-ordinated through a club deal, the iconic building in Piazza Cordusio Milan previously home to the offices of Poste Italiane

It’s the third real estate deal in Milan to be closed in the space of just over a year as a result of the co-operation between Mediobanca Private Banking and Mediobanca Corporate & Investment Banking. Through its real estate advisory team, the CIB division provided support at every stage of the acquisition – from identification of the target to closing – in accordance with the best market practice.
